Digital Archive of School Events

Creating a central platform for documenting and presenting extracurricular activities within the academy.

The Challenge

Memories and student achievements from numerous activities — from science olympiads to theater performances — were scattered: photos in personal clouds, articles in PDF newsletters, mentions on social networks. There was no single, accessible, and well-organized place where the community (students, parents, teachers) could explore and draw inspiration from these rich educational experiences.

The Solution and Process

We developed an interactive digital archive, structured by school years and activity categories (Science, Arts, Sports, Volunteering). The process involved:

  • Collection and selection of materials: collaboration with student clubs and coordinating teachers to gather the most relevant photos, descriptions, and participant lists.
  • Informational design: creating a clear layout that highlights the chronology and context of each event, with easy access to photo galleries.
  • Technical implementation: building a lightweight administration interface for continuous content updates by school staff.

Results and Impact

The archive has become a vital resource for community spirit and merit recognition.

500+
Events documented and cataloged
24/7
Accessible to the community, serving as a living chronicle of the school

The platform also stimulated participation in new activities, as students can easily see the traditions and opportunities offered over the years.
